HELPFUL TIPS

• Please discuss any questions or concerns you have about the class with your teacher before class begins so they are aware and can make appropriate suggestions.
• If you are new to yoga, please attend any one of our gentle, restorative, or slow flow classes.  Please visit our "New to Yoga" page HERE for more details or call to speak with one of our teachers.
• Arrive early, about 10 min. before class allowing time to check in and relax before class begins.
• Bring a mat and a small towel. If you do not own a mat, you can rent one for $1. We also have a variety of mats available for purchase in our boutique.
• We provide cubbies inside the practice area for your personal belongings.  Please remove shoes outside the practice area and store them in one of our shoe bins.
• Please mute or silence all electronics.
• Please keep voices low upon entering studio in respect to those who may be meditating.​
• We do not have a shower at our facility, however please feel free to use our wash room to change before and after your class or session.
• It is advisable not to have eaten at least 1 hour prior to class.
• Water is available for purchase for $1.
• ​For sauna appointments, we recommend you bring 1-2 towels; 1 for during, 1 for after.
• Ask questions and feel free to tell the teacher about any health concerns, injuries or pregnancy prior to class.    
• Please refrain from wearing lotions, perfumes, or colognes.
• If necessary to leave early,  please place your mat closer to the exit so you can leave quietly.  If possible, please exit before final relaxation, not during; feel free to take your final relaxation at any time before you leave...in fact, we recommend you do....it's the best part.
